TECCON CHILLED WATER SYSTEM

Teccon make chilling plant is designed for a wide range from 1 TR to 10 TR There will be a hot water tank in our system from where the water is being pumped thru the evaporator, gets cooled to the required temp and sent to the user department. There will be a temp indicating controller which controls the temp of chilled water. The system working is controlled by the set point of the temp controller to stabilise the chilled water generated to the required level. Refrigeration circuit : The system is designed for R22. Reputed brand compressors are being used for our entire range to give trouble free operation. The allied refrigeration components used are of reputed make, proven design and trouble free operation. System safety wherever applicable are well taken care of by incorporating LPHP cutouts. water pressure switch anti freezing device, electrical overload device for the pumps and fan motors of the condenser coil. Our chilling plants of various capacities are working successfully throughout India.

Heat Pump

Heat pump is a device which uses both the hot and cold cycle of a refrigeration system effectively. In a conventional refrigeration system the hot cycle (heat generated by the condenser) is wasted. A heat pump can harness this heat energy and can deliver either hot air or hot water continuously thereby saving very useful energy, which otherwise would be dissipated as a waste.

All Teccon Hydraulic oil coolers are of packed floating head type in general and are suitable for fitment of on the return line of a Hydraulic oil system. Hence the normal design pressure of these coolers is 10 kg./cm2G and are tested for a hydrostatic pressure of 15kg./cm2G. However on specific request these coolers can be designed for high pressure circuit as high as 50-75 kg./cm2G.
